I hope you have the chance to go there when you come to Sweden. It is a wonderful house. On my first visit it struck me that the house in real life has so much vibrante colours, much more rich then on the painting. It's a fantastic house. :)errkahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11878207333053772578noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6844708544206572327.post-69635403703436628502013-12-30T03:58:20.448+00:002013-12-30T03:58:20.448+00:00Very nice post on Swedish traditions, especially t...Very nice post on Swedish traditions, especially the Christmas celebration. My mother in law is Swedish and as a young girl she got to play the role of St Lucia with the lit candle wreath on her head. I will find a photograph if I can and share it with you when I do. Her home is decorated with a lot of white and some blue. She is now 83 and still puts up her Christmas tree and has ornaments of straw and of course the traditional dala horses that they say were carved from the bits of wood leftover from the clock and furniture making in the towns. Merry Christmas to you and yours and little Willow. xoAmy Chalmershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10622362955890810774noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6844708544206572327.post-37618118223450438982013-12-27T15:45:25.928+00:002013-12-27T15:45:25.928+00:00Great post Annie.
